New Page doesn't show up once published. Can you help?
-
I’ve been a WP user for about 3-4 years. I’m not an expert and certainly not a tech wizard but have built my site myself by figuring it out. I haven’t been to my website in a few months and went today and saw a page missing. When I go to pages I see the page listed. The page shows as published and set to public but I don’t see it when I view the site. As per info I found on the forum, I cleared cookies but still no dice. Previous pages are viewable and editable. What gives?
The theme I’m using is 2010 and my site is http://www.lets-get-out.com. The page I’m looking for should be in the menu at top without a parent and is called “Programs Summer 2014”
Can you help me?
Thanks,
LisaThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
No problem. It appears that you have created a custom menu for your site, which you can see by going to Appearance>Menus. That overrides the functionality that automatically adds pages to your menu.
To add this page, just drag it from the column on the right to the place on your menu where you would like it to appear, as shown here: https://cloudup.com/c54bw6Rb24Z
In the future, if you want to have pages show up here automatically, just check the Auto add pages option at the bottom of your menu.
Don’t forget to click the save/update button to save your changes when you are done.
Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Ah! Thank you so much for helping me with that. I don’t update my site often enough to remember all the cool stuff I created. Geez…thanks Jerry!

I should have added that you are not the only one with this problem. :)
