New page in existing page

How do you add a new page within an existing page from your homepage menu? I would like open a page from my menu and then have options on that page to new pages (not showing in the menu). Please advise.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, it sounds like you could be referring to the menu structure, or to child pages, or to something else. Can you send more details? We’ll try to point you in the right direction.

Hi
Thanks for your reply. What i would like to do is open a link from my menu namely ‘Services’ (which opens a new page). In this page i would like to list a number of services which when you click on them opens a new page dedicated to that service only. However i do not want these pages to be listed in my main menu.
Another thing i would like to do if i may ask. On my home page i have a list of all my regular posts which means anybody looking at my page will be scrolling down for a long time. Can this be restricted to say 2 of the most recent posts only allowing you to reach the bottom of the page more quickly thus being able to see what the homepage contains in its entirety.
And finally is there a way of embedding a Mixlr player.

Okay, you want child pages then.
1. Create a page called services
2. Create a page for each service. Under page options, select Services as your parent page. Also, some themes can take great advantage of a featured image for each page. Yours does not do this, but you might want to add featured images anyway.
3. Decide how to display those pages on the parent page. You could use the Child Pages shortcode, or you could choose another theme that has a grid page template, like this one:
