New Page not appearing – ongoing issue

Still awaiting assistance in getting an added page to appear.
I have just deleted the page and re-entered it but nothing happens.
The page – “Featured Photos” is listed under my pages, but it doesn’t show on the blog under it’s own Tab.
I’d appreciate some assistance with this a.s.a.p.

You need to add the page manually at https://oznatureshots.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

Have now followed your instructions and all working fine which is great. Thanks so much for your help. -
On the same page “Featured Photos” there is a problem with the last photo. When I am logged in this one is visible but when I go to the page after logging out you can only see the text that I have place under the photo as a caption.
Can you tell me please what I have done wrong?

Thank you. Done as suggested. Photo now appears, however letter type under this image is different to that under the other three photos. Don’t know how this happens as I am not aware the type size can be adjusted.
Appreciate learning how to fix this…. -
