New page not shown in sidebar or nav bar

  The topic wording could be better. This is a question not a bug or complaint.

  Basically I want to know if there is a way to add a new page that does not show up in the top nav bar and does not show up in the sidebar. Basically the only way the user should be able to get to this page is by clicking on a link that I make myself in a Text Widget.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
