New page tabs linking people to other pages

I am new to word press and I have searched through the FAQ page and have come to the conclusion that I do not know the name or title of what I am trying to do.
As you can see here, this user has links to Facebook and Youtube up by her other pages tabs. I am trying to do the same thing but I have no idea where to go or edit.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Under “Theme Options” in the iNove theme, you can add a link button to your twitter account.

Those links to YouTube and Facebook are part of a Custom Menu. You can read more about it here http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
