New Page without using an existing theme

  My theme has the following in the CSS
  Tags: fixed width, right sidebar, two columns, valid XHTML, widgets.

  I want to add a new page without the rightsidebar, one column
  How do I do this?

  I’m sorry but changing the theme that way just is not possible on a per page basis.
