NEW PAGES DO NOT APPEAR AFTER PUBLICATION
-
I publish new pages, but they do not appear in the right place.
Eg
therapidtzar.wordpress.com/on-the-ice
is backdated to 10-July-15 so it appears at the bottom of my site as you scroll down.
But it does not appear on the blog. But it does appear at the url, in isolation. What am I doing wrong?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Erm not sure how to clarify further.
Don’t understand why
therapidtzar.wordpress.com/on-the-ice
does not appear my blog. It is set to public, but does appear.

Pages don’t appear automatically, that’s normal! The site doesn’t know where you want them to appear. You can edit your menu and link it manually, or you can select to add all pages to the menu automatically. Check that under menu options: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#2-add-menu-items
Did you want that to be as a blog post instead of a page, maybe? See: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

I’ve created a new blog and I’ve clicked all the right “publish” and “public” buttons and I can see my site and all my posts, but anyone on another computer can’t get into it. The web address that works fine for me only takes everybody else to a WordPress page that says this blog is “Coming Soon”. But it’s already here! Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
