New Pages, Link Categories not showing up

  Anyone else having a problem with new pages and new link categories not showing up? I just tried to add both to my site to no avail.

  It does take a couple of minutes for them to show up. :)

  But the problem with me is new link categories is showing up on some templates but not on others?
