New pages not showing in navigation bar
-
I’ve just created and added a new page to my blog…and for some reason when I press ‘publish’ it doesn’t add it as a new tab in my nav bar. In fact it doesn’t appear anywhere on my blog and can only be viewed via my page editor.
What am I doing wrong?!
And before anyone says it – no, I have not set it as a ‘child’ page. It, as with all my previously (and successfully) created pages, is set as having no parent.
Sorry if this has already been asked and answered elsewhere on this forum – I had a good search around but it seems like people usually have the exact opposite problem to the one I’m having!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m viewing your blog and aside from the “Home” tab I see two pages in the top navigational menu. They are:
* About The Grinch
* How To Harass T.G.W.S.TVYou are using the Bueno theme and that theme has the custom menu feature. Have you created a custom menu? If so did you include the missing Page in question in the display in that menu? http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
This post is helpful if your are creating a custom menu > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/06/17/custom-menus-arrive-at-wordpress-com/

If a new page you published doesn’t show up in your top nav menu, then you’re probably using the custom menu; if so, you need to go to Appearance>Menus, check the page in the Pages module, click Add to Menu, then click Save Menu.
But if you only want pages in your top nav menu, then you don’t need the custom menu at all: go to Appearance>Menus, select the blank option from the dropdown in the Theme Locations module and click Save, so that the theme reverts to its standard menu.

You were both dead on with the custom menu malarkey.
THANK YOU! It’s all sorted now and I really appreciate the time taken in helping to point me in the right direction.
