New pages not showing in Page Parent drop down

  I make a new page, putting it as “main page” in the drop down menu, and publish. I then make another new page, and when I go to the Page aprent dropdown to make this second page a child of the first one, the first page is not there to click on.
  I have two other pages with children, and pages without children that show in the drop down, but no new ones.

  I have now, but still the same. Also rebooted the machine and cleared the cache.

  Then you need staff help. You have two options. Staff only deal with urgent matters on weekends and thye decide what is urgent. You can wait until Monday between 9-5 PM (US) and send in a support ticket http://wordpress.com/contact-support/ or you can email support@wordpress.com
