New pages only show in the edit screen – the word "construction" is in the URL

  Hey
  I published two new pages last week, but neither of them show up when I try to access them from the menu on the homepage: they’re simply not there.
  If I go into the dashboard and click on the “Pages” section, they’re both there, and they both describe themselves as “Published”. When I click on “view page” I can see them, but the word “construction” appears in the URL at the top of the page, so it would seem they’re still – presumably – under construction.

  I’ve tried everything I can think of to rectify the situation but nothing worked. Can anyone help ? Has anyone else had the same issue ?
