"New Page"'s preview leading to the blog's Title Page
-
Spontaneous fix?! It seems that, after a time delay, all has righted itself. Hmmm … not too expedient, but I am relieved.
Any comments are welcome!
PS How do I change the “New Page” into a “New Post”? Is there an easy way? – Thanks!

Hi there!
Currently, your first page is set to display your most recent posts on your Reading settings here:
https://janetteb7.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php
So, if you create a new post, it should automatically be added to your home page. You will just want to be sure you’re creating a new “Post” vs. creating a new “Page”. Does that make sense?
Regarding changing the page to a post, are you referring to “West Seattle – Connecting from Rossville to Chicago” seen here?
https://janetteb7.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=422&action=edit
If so, the easiest way to do this is to create a new post. Then, copy and paste the content from the page to the post. Then, you can delete the post. Does that make sense? Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to convert a page to a post; it requires copying and pasting the content.
Let me know if you have any additional questions!
