    That indicates that a user on your site changed their password. However, there’s no user with that name here at WordPress.com, so it’s likely you have another WordPress site that is not hosted here at WordPress.com.

    You would need to check to see if that user is listed under your Users -> All Users section of that website. If you see users that you don’t recognize, check to see if you have the “anyone can register” option checked in your Settings -> General for “Membership”. Most websites do not need registration open so you can turn that off and remove any registered users you don’t recognize.
