  I am hosted through blue host and I was previously able to access my account this way. However, when I make changes to my website I have to login through WordPress but my password isn’t working. How do I reset my password?

  Were you trying to connect your website to WordPress.com with Jetpack?

  If yes, try following the instructions at:

  Jetpack

  
  Within the instructions, you will see reference to WordPress.com account. Note that a WordPress.com account is different from the WordPress acccount at your bluehost site.

  Hi msnataliedestinae,

  nataliedestinaewellness.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost rather than WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Therefore, the password for your account on nataliedestinaewellness.com will need to be reset through the Lost Password page on the site itself. If the password reset email doesn’t come through, please contact Bluehost for further help as the logjn details for the account are stored on their servers.
