I had to reset my password, and now, when I attempt to login using my new one, it comes up with the same login page, but requesting that I ‘provide your one time password,’ which I’ve already done. So when I attempt to login again with the new password I get the same message over and over.1

Thanks, that site isn’t hosted with us — you seem to be using Cloudflare and presumably another host behind that.

But I’ve always logged in through the WP portal, and now it isn’t working because of the password change. And I’ve definitely tried those methods, and the results are as I described.

The only way you’d be able to access that site through WordPress.com, is if that site was connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin.
But the account you’re using to post here is only three days old, and has never had any sites connected to it through Jetpack. And the site at https://winefolly.com/ has also never been connected to any other WordPress.com account via that plugin.
Please try the password reset steps @supernovia linked to above, or else please contact your hosting provider directly for more help with this.
