New Password Request Email not Arriving

  Hi, I lost my password to my WordPress Dashboard, but when I enter my email address to reset my password – it says an email has been sent, but I am never receiving one? Please help urgently. Thanks! Kate

  Hi,

  Do check in the ‘Spam’.
  If you are using GMail, a very good chance is: it will go to “Updates”. Check there or check by going to “All Mail”.

  Hi,
  Thanks for the swift reply. I have checked all possibilities of Spam / junk emails etc and it’s definitely not there. I am not using gmail.
  Any other ideas? I have now tried several times and still no mail?

  Hi Kate,

  Is it a WordPress.COM site or hosted with some other company or is it a localhost setup of WordPress?

  If it is other than WordPress.COM site, you will have to reach out to WordPress.ORG support forums.
