New phone & locked out/unable to get new 2-step codes

  I got a new phone a few weeks ago and so information related to google authenticator was erased.
  I am trying to access my account via 2-step authentication but don’t have the original back up codes and it won’t allow me to generate new codes.
  Can anyone provide me with the steps I need to access?

  (The blog in question is http://www.growandresist.com though I had to log in through another account of mine)

  I’ve lost my phone with my Google Authenticate and now I can’t find my backup codes. I am locked out can you help me.

  I’ve tried this but there is no problem with my password. The problem is with 2-step authentication and no backup codes.
