New pictures won't upload, changes won't take, page looks awful

  Why won’t new pictures upload or changes happen? My page looks awful and I’m trying to use it to sell my book. Very angry that I can’t upload my new cover or make changes to text. It’s acting super strange. No changes will take. I upload a new picture and it instantly disappears from the Media Library. I can’t delete unwanted pictures from the Media Library either. My dashboard is just frozen when it comes to functionality. Why won’t it work!

  Sorry you’re having trouble your dashboard. Can you please let me know the exact steps you’re taking to upload or delete pictures in your Media Library? If you get any specific error messages, please let me know. I’d be happy to investigate this issue for you!
