  It’s not possible to add plugins to WordPress.com site. You CAN add plugins to a self-hosted WordPress.org site. To learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org (self-hosted), take a look at http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  BUT… there are ways to incorporate PayPal and Music to a WordPress.com site!
