  I want to podcast via blubbry. It appears I should start a new WordPress site with a PowerPress podcasting plug in. What kind of WordPress site should I start with (Personal, Professional, etc.)?

  Hi @sandratloh, if you need an outside plugin, you’ll need our Business plan to host here. Or, you can buy hosting elsewhere, and set up your own free WordPress installation there.

  Just note many hosts do not offer WordPress management and support, or they charge extra for it. This is a good option if you want to handle the technical end of things yourself.

  I wanted to note too, you can do podcasting here with other services, without requiring a business plan. Just not with that particular podcasting plugin. We have more information here:

  Thank you! Blubbry is my producer’s preferred choice, and they recommend WordPress with the PowerPress podcasting plugin. So it sounds like the Business Plan ($299/year) will be the simplest way to go. Happy to do that if that’s the solution.
