New poll not displaying

  I have tried to publish my first poll yet is doesn’t display. I have selected ‘open’ and saved the poll, yet I don’t appear to have an option to publish! What am I missing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you following thes instructions and did you use the shortcode? http://en.support.wordpress.com/polls/
  If you chose to display the poll in your sidebar then did you choose “narrow”?

  Yes, I saw that, but I just realised that I need to start a new post – duh! I thought the poll would just be published on it’s own. It works now.
