  When I am on the post page, I have no tools and no way to start a new post. How do I get to that place where I can start a new blog post?

  Hi there,

  You do not add posts to the blog page directly, but instead you write your blog posts from here: https://wordpress.com/posts/

  Any post that is published in that place is displayed in your blog feed automatically as a new post. Hope this helps!
