New post disappeared

Howdy, dunno what I did yesterday but when I come to the blog via a search engine I get the penultimate post, not yesterday’s one. What gives, please?
And why is the picture suddenly sitting on top of the date line, and also, which menu do I need to tweak so that both Home and Blog link to the blog?

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
