New post does not appear as Home Page

  although it is configured that way, my previous post still shows as Home Page.

  What is the “previous post”? And how is your blog configured? What should you have on your Home page?

  previous post is dated November 6th, 2008 and the new one is dated January 7th, 2009. The Front Page still shows the Post dated November and the new one appears below, with just the title. I did change the settings to show year first in the date, thinking this might be the problem.

  I forgot to mention that the Reading Settings is set as “latest post to appear as Front Page”.

  Did you set the post of 6 November as a “sticky post?”
