New Post Email Format

    Is there a way to change the format of the emails that get sent to followers when a new post is published? Right now, it just publishes the first few sentences of the blog post and then shows the whole post below. I’d like to be able to write some sort of synopsis instead of just repeating what’s already written below.

    The only option for adjusting your email notifications is to send a summary, or whole post, as seen in this document:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/reading-settings/

    There isn’t a flexible layout. Sorry I can’t be of more assistance with this. If I can help in any other way, please do let me know. All the best to you.
