New Post Email Notices

Although my reader shows new posts, no email notifications have reached my inbox today. Is anyone else having this problem? Several other bloggers that I know have had problems today.

I am also getting a ‘confirm navigation – are you sure you want to leave this page’ prompt when i select ‘submit.’ it says that if I do, what I am working on will be lost! that now happens after I publish a new post and cross the left sidebar off of the page. Z

The notice did not come through, but maybe a notice for my own comment will not count as ‘new comment notification’-
