New Post Email Notifications

Hello,
I am one of the three administrators of the following blog: https://ontherescuefront.wordpress.com/. Myself, boss and my coworker each post once per week, and we cannot find any solutions to this problem; I have wasted hours going through the Support for a sans solution.
We would appreciate your help on this ASAP, as we need to be aware of when our team members are posting.

Hi there! Thanks for responding.
Unfortunately, none of the above links have proven helpful (I’ve been trying to handle this problem for quite some time).
At this point, I am hoping that a staff-member will see this and respond.

Correct. We have three admins, and none of us receive email notifications for new posts.

Yes, but the emails were not going through. However, I just discovered and added the “subscribe” widget to our blog. I’m going to have our team test it, and I will let you know if that solves the problem. Thank you!
