New post emails to followers not being sent

  My new post emails are not being sent out to my subscribed followers. Can someone tell me why this is happening and how do I correct this going forward?

  Please note the thread below, entitled “Two new posts but I’ve not had an email of them and I am subscribed.” Other people are having the same problem.
