    New Post Format
    I wanted to give some feedback regarding your New Post format. The whole Beep Boop Boop thing is rather childish, really and I am finding that it doesn’t work nearly as easily or as quickly as simply going through my dashboard to New Post. My Preview option doesn’t work, I cannot properly add images and it takes a great deal longer. I have been hearing similar problems from other bloggers in my circle as well. Not sure WHY the changes, but you may need to continue working on this OR offer some tips so we can learn how to use it properly.

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry for the trouble with the new editor! Can you provide some additional details about the problems you’re having?

    My Preview option doesn’t work

    Can you let me know what you see on the screen when you click the “Preview” button?

    If you have any pop-up blockers in your browser, you may need to disable those on WordPress.com to make sure the preview window can appear.

    I cannot properly add images

    Can you explain a little more about what’s not working properly? For example, are you unable to add the images to the post? Or do you run into trouble after the images are added?

    it takes a great deal longer

    Are there specific steps that take longer? For example, are there particular buttons or links in the editor that you press that take longer to respond?
