"New Post" format change

I clicked on “New Post” and the format was completely different from what it was yesterday. I do not see how I can add one or more images to the post, nor a video, nor anything else. It is not “user-friendly” as it was yesterday and prior days. Why did this happen?

Try posting at Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New > http://inspiredbylifeforever.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php

I’m also having a terrible time with the new format. Finally figured out most things I needed, but can’t figure out how to make a post sticky. Please advise.
PS I hate this new form. It does not seem to be an improvement in any way.
