New post in new side

  Hello. I am a new in wordpress and I have a problem. When I have a main side, on this side ale view all posts that I have on blog. I want to wiew just one post, the new post that I was writing just now but other post must be in archive or in links on special side. What should I do, to view just one post on my first side?
