New post not appearing on home page

  Hello.
  Currently I am using the Gateway theme on my blog http://www.creativeworks14.wordpress.com
  The issue that I am facing is that when I post a new blog, it does not feature on the front page even after I put in the ‘featured’ tag and also in Post Settings I sticked it to the front page. Please help me out with this issue.
