New Post not showing in Category and Front Page

    Hi, over the last week or so when I publish a new post it does not appear in the category in the menu nor does it appear on the main page.

    I have custom designed this and I using shortcode, the post does appear after a while after I update the page, is this a theme related issue or a site wide one?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
