New Post Option – Featured Image

  I love the new post option, without having to go to your dashboard… but.. when you select featured image it goes straight to the option of uploading an image. Is there any chance that this option could go straight to your media files… like it does when you add media?

  Most people use an image from their posts as their featured image, the way it stands now, you have to upload another image, or save the post and then go to your dashboard to use an image already uploaded… defeats the object really of have the New Post option.
