  The help in the help section is for the old page. The new post page does not have an option to choose what category you want to post to. It also does not have the spell check option anymore either.

  The option to pick draft or publish is also not very intuitive. When you push save you are unsure of how it is going to save.

  Please help, I use my category’s on a daily basis. Thank you.

  Hi ryvkad,

  You can still post using the Dashboard at https://ryvkad.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php if you are having issues with the new post page.

  However, on the new post page you should be able to choose your category by clicking the Tags & Categories link on the right and then check off which Category you want, or add a new one.

  For the Draft or Publish the button changes depending on what you have selected for Status. If it is Draft then the button changes to Save, if it is Publish the button says publish.

  But again you can still use the old link which is the way I post myself.
