New post redirects (for some hours…) to a 404 page not found

I successfully published an new post which is being shared via twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and e-mail to my followers. Most of the followers after they press the link to my post, they’re being redirected to a 404- page not found. This happened in 2-3 of my latest posts. The strange thing is that the error is solved after some hours, so now every post I have, is working ok and is not easy for you to see the issue. I came to the conclusion that the problem is that some of my new posts cannot be correctly redirected from a “/?p=xxxxx” link to the actual auto-generated link of the post, but I don’t know why or how to prevent it from happening again. So, a follower usually press the link from the e-mail, opens in their browser a path like “dorosantoniadis.com/?p=1459” and either the path stays like that in their browser – resulting in a 404 page not found, or translating correctly. Also, the follower when visiting my home page, even they can see the post posted, they experience the same behavior (404 not found) when pressing either the title of the post, or the link from the Recent Posts.
It is very frustrating because it is an error that lasts only some hours and then it is ok, but in the meantime, many of my followers are disappointing and they are not returning to my blog…

Just to confirm — is this issue happening when posts are published on dorosantoniadis.wordpress.com or a different site in your account?
