  This is probably not the place to post this, but can’t find a suggestions box. I love, love, love the new posting experience, but would like to have a way to go straight to Dashboard or All Posts from there. Anything in the works?

  There isn’t currently a method to go from wordpress.com/post to your Dashboard. That might be something we add in the future. The best solution right now would be to use the My Sites link in the top left-hand corner:

  From that page, you can use the gear icon shown here to go directly to your Dashboard:
