New postings on the website are not being indexed by Google/Bing Webmaster

    Greetings, WordPress Community

Community I hope you have a successful outcome. I used WordPress to develop the magistvhd.app website a few months ago. I discovered that Google is not indexing the posts on my website. I’ve attempted, but been unable, to determine what’s causing the lengthy loading times for postings.

Please tell me what to do.

We can’t be much of a help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. I can tell you for sure your site has been indexed as you can check yourself by googling ‘site:https://magistvhd.app’.

However as about 57.000.000 other sites offer that APK-thing, you have a very low ranking. Also note Google really doesn’t like those APK-things as they are most of the time illegal and/or infected by malware. Several sites have been blocked because of a DMCA-complaint by the rightfull owner.

Magis TV illegally broadcasts live television over the internet and does not hold broadcasting rights. It’s an application that steals audiovisual content from various producers and distributors to offer it directly to users.

    Hi @zinnisher,

It looks like you’re experiencing some issues with your site magistvhd.app—specifically that it’s not indexed properly on Google and may be running slowly. I’m here to help clarify the situation.

After checking your site, I noticed that magistvhd.app is currently hosted with Cloudflare, not WordPress.com. You can confirm this here: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/magistvhd.app

Since your site is hosted through Cloudflare, all of your content, settings, and database files are managed on their platform. As a result, WordPress.com does not have access to your site’s backend or infrastructure, and cannot assist with performance or loading issues in this case. For further assistance, it would be best to contact Cloudflare support directly.

It’s totally understandable that this can be confusing, especially since your site is built with WordPress. WordPress sites can be hosted through providers like WordPress.com, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostinger, and others.

WordPress.com is a managed hosting provider, which means it only has control over sites hosted directly on its own platform.

In your case, because the site is hosted on Cloudflare, Cloudflare holds control over its performance and settings. If you’d like to better understand the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress sites, this guide provides a helpful comparison: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

If you’re looking for technical support related to your self-hosted site, the best place to ask is the WordPress.org support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

That said, if you’re ever interested in hosting your site with WordPress.com, it offers secure and fully managed hosting, automatic backups, built-in performance tools, and expert support. You can explore all available hosting plans here: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

Additionally, WordPress.com offers free site migrations and a 50% discount for the first year on the Business plan. If that sounds like a good fit, you can request a migration here: https://wordpress.com/support/request-a-free-migration/

I hope this helps clarify things. If you need guidance with any of the steps, feel free to ask!

@saginpj as those apk-things are illegal, you can’t put them on a wordpress.com site. So no need to talk about moving a site over here.

    Hi @staartmees,

You were right — WordPress.com doesn’t support sites that:

    1. Promote or sell IPTV subscriptions that offer unauthorized access to copyrighted content
    2. Don’t clearly show they have the proper broadcasting or distribution rights

Thanks so much for acting quickly and letting me know about this.

If others ever run into a similar situation, they can take a quick look at the WordPress.com User Guidelines and Store Guidelines — those pages outline what’s allowed on the platform and what isn’t.

So in this case, if MagisTVHD is found to violate those terms, it wouldn’t be eligible for hosting or migration to WordPress.com.
