What is the URL of your website, or what is the name of your account on the WordPress.com platform you need assistance with?
Just to clarify, are you accessing your website from a browser or the WordPress.com app? Please share some further information on this and what versions they are.

Just adding to this — we’re not sure yet, but it could be due to a browser issue. In addition to the site link, can you confirm which browser you’re using, and its version?
And, could you try clearing your browser cache to see whether that helps? This article explains how:

I believe this is going to be a browser issue. As
supernoviamentioned it above, at the http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ page, you will find instructions on how to clear your browser cache. -
It appears that the problem was cache related.
