  How do you get your most recent post to appear on the main page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You need not do anything explicitly. By default the latest posts appear on the main page.
  The posts order goes from Newest to oldest.

  That doesn’t happen for me. I’ve had the same story appear on the main page consistently.

  Go to setting –>Reading –> front page display –>Check the column “your latest post”.

  I used to have a section on my main page called something like “Latest Posts”. It was on the right side of the page above the “archives” column. How can I get the “Latest Posts” column back?
