New posts layout: sort confused

Started today (March 24th) a change on general layout, that I simply have no control of my posts.
I’ll explain in details:
The old layout was this (still accessible by Categories):
By this, I was able to control all my posts and schedule time by time due the restriction of total posts
But since today, March 24th, this changed completely:
In this new layout, I’m not able to select posts like I did in the old one, just showing like that.In edition part, also, I was able to create posts and the click at “Add New” in sequence:
But in the today’s change, the option ‘Fullscreen Mode’ simply disappeared:
Another issue: the post I’ve put in draft don’t list in posts:
This is the new layout (selected on ‘Draft’)
And the post I’ve just created, and also on Draft:
Is this a temporary condition? For additional check, I’ve logged out, cleaned the cache/history and even tested in different browser but the result are the same. With all these changed simply I’m simply unable to post anything in my blog.

Hi there, While it might not address all your concerns, it sounds like your account was recently switched to the unified navigation that WordPress.com is rolling out to everyone. You can read about this here: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/unified-navigation/ and you can leave feedback for Staff in that same thread.
To return to having *mostly* the older dashboard pages (WP Admin) head to your Account settings and turn on Show advanced dashboard pages in Interface Settings> Dashboard Appearance https://wordpress.com/me/account Make sure to click the “Save Interface Settings” button towards the bottom, below the thumbnails of the various color options.
Changing that setting will bring up the older Posts dashboard for you.

This is a recent change that we did to unify our two administration interfaces in order to reduce confusion and make the site management experience more consistent.
If you prefer your navigation to always default to the classic WordPress look, you can navigate to https://wordpress.com/me/account and activate the option called “Dashboard appearance” as illustrated in this screenshot:
