New posts not getting auto published to social networks

  Hello,
  I have chosen to connect several of my social networks via the ‘Settings -> Sharing’ section. However any time I publish a new post it is not getting published to these social networks. There is ‘Sharing’ section to the right of my ‘New Post’ editor but that doesn’t do anything. I have to go to my published post and click on share to Facebook etc. to get it to share.
