New Posts not Showing in Reader

I recently migrated my wp.com site to a self-hosted blog and my new posts are no longer showing in the reader. I follow my own blog, and they used to show up fine. I have unfollowed/refollowed and I still don’t see new posts. If I click on my blog under blogs I follow, the newest post doesn’t show.

You will need to migrate your followers to your new site if you want your posts to show up in their reader.
You can transfer your WordPress.com Followers and email followers from your WordPress.com blog to your Jetpack site by following the instructions here:
http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/Please keep in mind that self-hosted WordPress.org sites do not appear in the WordPress.com reader tag/topic searches. They only appear in the reader for WordPress.com users who have followed your site.

That’s another issue entirely. I have a support request in to Jetpack, because I lost all of my subscribers after reconnecting Jetpack.
Anyways. I did refollow my own blog and the post finally showed up after about 4 hours. During that time, I had tried updating my post, so I’m not sure if there was just a delay, or updating the post did anything.
