New Post’s Title = New Post’s URL

I observed that whenever I create new posts in my blog: http://leptokurtosis.blogspot.com, the title of the post is contained in the url of the post once published. Can I still change the url (is this the same as permalink?) of previously published posts? I just noticed that even though I change the title of a published post, the url of the post stays the same (contains the first original title of that post).
also, i seem to have an error when i try CSS-validating my blog: http://leptokurtosis.wordpress.com/css-validation-error/. I’m not a very technical person. I dont know how to fix this error. Does the error affect the crawlability of my site (for googlebot)? Thanks so much and more power!

When you edit/create your post, on the righthand side you can change the post slug (which is the end of the URL) to anything you like.

About the CSS errors – on every line in the error report it tells you what is wroung with the css: “Family names containing whitespace should be quoted”, “You have no color with your background-color : #header” etc.. so you’ll have to change yout css rules accordingly if you want it to validate. That being said, you probably don’t have to worry about most of the errors though.. if it aint broken, don’t fix it :)

About the CSS errors: the only place you’re going to be able to edit to correct anything is if the errors are in your posts and/or comments. Nothing else is editable…. at least nothing in the way of the actual files which display the blog.
