New Posts when published get stuck in Draft

Three related issues:
1) New Posts are not Publishing when I Publish – they look Published in Admin but don’t show up on Blog
(if I click on Preview Changes, I get: “You do not have permission to preview drafts”.)
2) I have a Post that Shows in my blog, but not in Admin
3) When I Change an old post and Update, it looks like it updates on Admin, but does not in my blogEverything I read about in the forums is for wordpress.org.
How do I clear up cache and/or databases in the WordPress.com world?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We WordPress.com users can’t access the databease here at all. you have accidentally posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. However, if you are referring to the free hosted WordPress.com blog linked to your username then you need to use the Help link on the top right hand corner of your Admin page to contact Staff for help. Before you do that please be sure you don’t have a browser related issue.
Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/ try using the opposite.

Have you tried using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled?

Note: When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

There are 2 of us with Admin and we both have the same issue.
I’m new – but I know I can’t do fixing database or clearing WordPress.com cache – just asking for the process in the .com world.
I’m on Firefox 10.0.2 MAC. – up to date
Same issues on Safari – cache was clear there

It seems that you need to use the Help link on the top right hand corner of your Admin page to contact Staff for help. Don’t be surprised if they ask you to answer all the sane questions I posted above.
