New posts will not appear on front page

  As of today all new posts not appearing on front page, they are posted.
  this is one of the new posts http://javealife.com/2017/03/29/oceanographic-valencias-stunning-huge-aquarium/
  Have not added any new plugins, have tried removing them all.
  All setting such as showing latest post as top article are correctly selected.
  Also unable to change theme to a different one, says new theme active but old one still in place.
  Tried clearing cache’s. WP updates are automatic
  Anyone have any idea’s what the issue may be @ thanks
