new products going into the ‘orphaned’ category

Hi. Yet again, many of our products have been lost and WooCommerce are trying avoidance tactics.
Can anybody tell me why new products that I create are being moved to ‘orphaned content’?
We mainly sell to education, the new academic year is underway, but the WordPress / WooCommerce support has nose dived, staff contradict each other, and see no problem with me having to repeat work.
It is an absolutely intolerable situation.
