New published post doesn’t appear on my home page (except under “recent posts”)

  Every morning I publish a new post. This morning it was set automatically (as was yesterday) and whereas I can reach it via the specific post address, it does not show up as my recent post on my home page. Is it because I have a slideshow embedded in the post? What’s up?

  Okay apparently I have no more worries. For some reason unbeknownst to me, my latest published post IS showing up — so what if it was 2 hours after publishing. All is well with the wordpress world!

  Thanks for posting again and letting us know the issue is resolved. I don’t know what caused the delay and hope that it doesn’t happen again.

  It just ocurred to me that you may not have set your own timezone up here > Settings General I that’s the case the delay could be a reslt of the default timezone which is set to UTC time (formerly Greenwich mean time).
