New publishing page

You just changed the system and my new posts are NOT being immediately published on facebook, as they used to be. I tried changing the settings, making sure that they were correct, but they are. How am I supposed to do it now? The new interface is NOT user-friendly at all.
Furthermore, the preview feature sucks! I can’t see what my new post is going to look like at all.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I’m sorry you’re frustrated with the new editor. I’d love to pass on any issues you’re having so we can get them fixed up. But first, I want you to know that we’ve added a link to the new editor that will direct you back to the old one. I hope this helps you write the way you want.
Can you tell me which browser and version you’re running?

I’m sorry you find the new interface frustrating. Can you tell me anything specific that you’re having trouble with? Is there something interrupting your workflow?
Furthermore, the preview feature sucks! I can’t see what my new post is going to look like at all.
Could you take a screenshot of what you see in your preview pane? We’ve seen some conflicts with pop up blockers, are you seeing that issue? Or is it a different one?

In reply to your message… my posts are NOT automatically published on my facebook page anymore and, if I try to publish them later, they won’t, either. That is the problem.
-
I understand that. Can you tell me what browser and version you’re running?
We don’t trigger the Publicize feature on posts when they’re updated, only on the initial publishing of the post. You can either, republish these posts or you can manually share them to your networks.

Thanks for that! It seems in most other cases where Publicize did not work, the user had visited the Preview pane before publishing. We’re working to fix this bug now, but I’d love to know if this was the case for you or not.
If it wasn’t, that means there’s a different issue happening for you. I’d like to be able to make that distinction so we can get a separate bug report in, if that’s the case.
You should have no problem Publicizing your posts from the classic editor. And you can track our fixes and updates here:

I hope you’ll give this new editor another chance once we’ve remedied these issues.

Now not even the classic editor publicizes the new posts… :( And yes, I do check what they look like before I post them.

Hey Jessica,
Ack – that’s certainly frustrating. When you’re creating the new posts, are you editing them with a mix of the new editor and the classic editor or are you just sticking to one? From my experiences so far, using the classic editor from start to finish for a new post results in Publicize working correctly. Can you give that a try?
We’re still working out some kinks with Publicize from the new editor!

Hey Jessica,
Sorry for the trouble! As I mentioned, we’re still working through some kinks between Publicize and the new editor.
