New Reader – Seriously?

  So, “we have spent all this time coding this so you get what you get”? All I see is “topic closed” in relation to this issue so far, without suitable resolutions.
  I used to QA on software development and I would never have accepted this as good software.
  I just posted a sunset in portrait mode, and yes, portrait is the worst with this “new” reader. All I see is a letter box of orange some 2/3rds of the way up the photo, and checking through other posts there is the same thing, especially in portrait. You are not allowing for photos that do not fit into a small area of your devising. Is this is in some strange way supposed to encourage people to take a further look? Fail

  You have already pointed out that this is futile, just having my own private rant here :) And my apologies, I incorrectly (I suspect) thought you were part of the wordpress dev team.

  My posts on the Reader feed now don’t feature a photo from my post. Other contributors’ photos appear next to the title and teaser on Reader, but only the title to my post and the first line or two appear. The photos I embed in my posts should also appear in the Reader and until recently they have. Why is that not the case now?
